The All-New 3.0 Asset Living Experience: Effortless Exploration
The Asset Living website (2.0) had one predominantly glaring issue: Organic users had to travel too far to understand Asset’s business, their value, and what their mission is. Not only user feedback, but internal sources from within Asset leadership itself immediately provided examples of improvements they wished would be made to increase their message’s clarity.
The Solution
Poetic determined that we needed to highlight Asset’s core business and bring to the forefront of their website what immediate value Asset can provide its clients.
Visibility, readability and message placement were the key points we wanted to address to decrease drop rates from visitors to the site.
Since the launch of the new website, Asset Living has seen a 51% increase in users and a 60% increase in user sessions year over year. They’ve reduced their dependency on traditional developer teams, significantly increasing efficiency
Implementation
Through honest stakeholder interviews and competitor analysis we determined, on a per-page basis, what was necessary and desired to streamline the delivery of information for each facet of Asset’s business and mission.
Lofi and Hifi designs followed, Custom Animations, Custom Maps, Database Integrations, whole page redesigns, and additional unplanned pages all came to pass over the course of our efforts to bring Assets new web presence to fruition.
Conclusion
Just because something isn’t broken doesn’t mean you cant fix it. It’s no secret that Asset Living is doing a fantastic job in the Property Management space with an ever growing client base and footprint. Their desire to always move forward in an ever-changing digital landscape to best serve their current and prospective clients is a business tenet that is certainly shared with our own company. Through planning, collaboration and Poet expertise we are in the final stages of completing a releasing the new Asset Living Experience.
Broader Impact
Asset Living continues to put its faith in Poetic as a partner and an investment. This project’s success not only shows our ability to deliver to a client but to confidently show our entire process and capabilities full-stop to our largest Stakeholder.
This new experience we have created not only is a fresh look for Asset’s business, but lends itself as a new Flagship for Poetic’s Software and Website development team to lean on; proving our knowledge, expertise, and capabilities to future prospective clients.
